Lisa has over 20 years experienced managing bids for companies in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Norway. Her stakeholder management skills combined with a wide knowledge base has contributed to successful tendering for organisations across a wide range of industries.
A born organiser, Lisa has managed tenders from small single submissions to multi-partner tenders, joint ventures and tender processes that have lasted a year. Even though she thrives under stress she believes that if you follow the bid process properly stress is minimised, and the outcomes are tangible.
Lisa understands that for a bid to be successful you need to tell a strong story and ensure that value is conveyed throughout your submission. Getting great bid content from key stakeholders is often difficult due to time constraints. She has a knack for asking the right questions of the right people and taking what they thought was normal or ordinary and creating just what the client was looking for.
